Happiest Day !

"If someone asks me the most happiest day in my life then my answer would be, today itself".

Today Surya Bhan alias Lamboo or Sanki was placed in NTPC. It was his dream company and perhaps mine too !

If I go for Mathematical review of my happiness then it is above 99% today. When I was placed in ALSTOM then my happiness level was mere 55%. On the other hand, I was sad when I heard my name in the list of successful intruders of ALSTOM. It was because I wanted to join NTPC or any other company with SURYA BHAN. But I was selected in ALSTOM "unknowingly" and "unwillingly". My bad Luck !

But anyway, I am not that much sad. But when I think of myself working without Surya's company then it makes me feel sad.
Today it was really the most happiest day in my life when I heard Surya's name as one of the winners of NTPC. It gave me immense pleasure. I cannot expatiate this with these words. You cannot guess my happiness level. I was not that much happy on my own placement as I am today.
Some days back SUDS was also placed in SATYAM. It was also a wonderful day but perhaps I could not compare my happiness with any other happiness because I was not placed yet. I could not measure it relatively. But now when I compare it with my own placement , then I find that It is friend's placement's merriment which is always dominating.

When I had heard my name as one of the ALSTOMites then I was quite normal , I mean no extra bit of happiness at all.Only my friends were congratulating me which made me feel proud and happy, otherwise, it was nothing for me. Perhaps getting placed without Surya made me feel somewhat sad about my placement but today I laughed and celebrated too much to fill the space left earlier when I was placed.

Moreover, Pala was also placed today which made me feel more happy and proud. I was pretty sure about his placement also.
I have many other friends who have been placed and thus added to my happiness . I can name some of them as Ghossi, Shams(TKD), Meenal, Mathur, Koshika, Pommy, Josh, ND, Endley, Guleria and many more !!

But the merriment which I felt today was different. But please Surya, don't ever forget me . Even if you do so, I cannot ! May God bless you with a bright and resplendent career. I wish that you achieve the highest limits even higher than me !
I will always pray to GOD to bless you with GHOR Faadu career. My all best WISHES with you my friend , and CONGRATULATIONS once again Surya.

Indo US N-deal

Today I have come up with a very hot and burning topic of Indo-US nuclear deal. In the following paragraphs, I would try to make you familiar with N- deal, its pros and cons etc. Although I don't know much about it but still I hope that my friends will give me negative feedback so as to make the blog more informative and useful. Also it may be that it may prove its worth when you are appearing for GD or interview. That's why I have compiled this post for you.

What this N-Deal is exactly ?

The legislation amends Section 123 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 of US. It lets the US make a one-time exception for India to keep its nuclear weapons without signing the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).The amendment overturns a 30-year-old US ban on supplying India with nuclear fuel and technology, implemented after India's first nuclear test in 1974.

How to complete the deal ?

The basis of the deal is 123 agreement. So lets see what is this 123 agreement ?
The 123 Agreement, as it has come to be called (after Section 123 of the US Atomic Energy Act, under which it falls), would have to be signed by both governments before it became operational.

DEAL IS OVER FROM US PART :
The Henry J. Hyde US-India Peaceful Atomic Energy Cooperation Act of 2006(in short it is also called HYDE ACT) was ratified by both houses of Congress and signed into law by President Bush in December 2006. Thus, from the US side, it is considered a done deal.

DEAL NEEDS TO APPROVED IN TOO :
The deal still needs clearances from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) board of governors and the 45-nation Nuclear Suppliers Group.

Then the deal would have to go to the US Congress for final approval. Then the deal would be considered as over.

Now the question arises that why there has been so much panic and unrest over this deal. Some veterans call N-deal a "Notorious deal", sometimes "Never deal" and sometimes the same N deal as "Nuclear deal".What is all this ? Why LEFT parties are agog with apposing the deal ? Why they are continuously goading the running alliance ? And why the ruling party is still willing to go ahead with the deal keeping the uncertainty of fissures with its coalitions parties on the top of the sword ? WHY ??
Lets peep into the matter of "why" by first looking at the disadvantages of the deal and then advantages of the deal :

Disadvantages :

POLITICAL VIEWS
1. The deal cannot be used as a substitute for oil.The Left claims the deal, which gives India access to US nuclear fuel and technology, would damage India's independent foreign policy and security
2। SP( समाजवादी पार्टी) has been opposing the nuclear deal on the ground that it was against the interest on the country and meant succumbing to the US pressure.

GENERAL VIEWS
1. There is a huge capital investment to build the plants
2. There is a lot of red tape to get through to get licensed (which is actually a good thing because the plants are safer that way),
3. There is the nuclear waste issue. The disposal of nuclear wastes is a challenging job as we have studied it in class 9, I guess !

Advantages :

POLITICAL VIEWS
1. "US would use the deal to compromise India's foreign policy.The deal wasn't just about dealing with Washington; it would open the gates for nuclear trade with countries like France and Russia" Lalu said.
2."It sought to give India the means to power a rapid pace of economic development with relatively clean nuclear technology and reduced dependence on coal and oil", Manmohan Singh.

GENERAL VIEWS
1.It signified a major shift in US-India relations that could herald a strategic realignment and many such future deals
2.Given the frequency of militarised disputes in South Asia, this could be important. A more robust Indian nuclear capability could help the US and India balance against a rising China
3.We all know how deficient the country is in total energy as well in electricity.(11 % Inflation rate has proved it!) We have a lot of coal, but it has a very high content of ash (which requires technology and capital to improve it) and is a serious environmental problem. Meanwhile we import better quality of coal from Australia.Obviously, nuclear energy is a better solution to cope with the energy crisis.
4.We have an ambitious plan to build 20,000MW of nuclear power by 2020. But our indigenous uranium reserves can support, at best, a capacity of only 10,000MW. China and Japan are expecting 50000 MW power capacity at the end of 2020.So why we, Indians should remain the loser in this race ?
5.We have never had any problem with placing civil nuclear power reactors under IAEA inspection system (Tarapur was voluntarily placed under such inspection in 1993 when our treaty obligations expired). The two Russian supplied reactors near Chennai are under IAEA inspections, and so are the Kota reactors.
The point is that we have an efficient autonomous capability to manufacture nuclear weapons and the facilities for this all would obviously not be placed under any international oversight. But the civil nuclear power reactors built with any international cooperation component would have to be under IAEA inspection and it is crazy to claim that this jeopardises our security.

So, I think with these points one can conclude that what is good and what is bad for us. In my viewpoint, there is no harm in shaking the hand with US as the benefits are more and better than the limitations. If one keep on crying the possible shortcomings of a project then we can never commence with it. Keeping in view the future of India after 20-30 years, I think it is the prime time to go ahead with Nuclear deal. If now , we'll not go for it then may be that LEFT will win over Congress or we may not face early polls but our coming generations will surely curse us for being too much diplomatic and autocratic for them. It has become a matter of dignity for political parties but I think, they must first understand that its INDIA FIRST not their politics.

My School days are back !

Kadi dhoop mein apne ghar se nikalna,
vo chidiya vo bulbul ,vo titlee pakdana,
vo gudiya kee shadi pe ladna zhagadna....
vo zhoolon se girna ,vo girke sambhalna...
vo peetal ke challoon ke pyare se toufe.
vo tooti hui choodiyon kee nishani....
vo kagaz kee kashti vo varish ka pani .......!!

Need not to vindicate the above lines ! Right ?Everyone of us , at least once ,must have thought of those sweet memories of the past .Those memories are the reminiscent of our unforgettable days that we spent with the best friends of ours .This blog is one step to commemorate those memories ..Are you Ready for this ?

I cannot forget those memories which still rejuvenate me and make me laugh even in the lonely room .Sometimes my sister comes to the room and glares at me ,thinking that she has lost his brother now.He is out of this world.But the swift change of those facial expressions ,when i see her,relieves her and she says "Thank God! he is alive !!!"

We were a group of 42 students in +2h section in Him Academy Public School ,Hamirpur. Negi,"the enriched Chemist " was known for his proficiency over the chemical reactions.Even Ved Mitra sir used to fear from him !!
Paman , the IT champ was master of FOXPRO ,jointly with IT man(Arvind and Praphull).
Surya, the king in all the fields and RANA jee ;Mr cool "The physicist "and the list includes all those 42 students .Its not possible to include everyone here.

In the morning,Mr.Voltage used to come to the class with a file. He used to work very hard, But not for teaching, rather , in arranging those loose sheets of his file.Na zane kya kya likhta tha vo us file mein !!Once we asked from him"Sir, Please tell us that why iron becomes red when we heat it".He replied ,"Jab hum use garam karte hein then, Use gussa aa jata hai , Vo gusse to pagal ho jata hai aur gusse mein vo garam aur lal ho jaata hai !!"Ghussian maarta tha vo bure haalon !

Then came the lecture of Maths. Hats off to Chandrakant sir. The Intel HOD of Maths.

The next period , and Negi's pale face ,haha, The entry of Pooja mam into the class !! The whooping dins makes the entire room tremble and reverberation starts !!"Those who had not done the homeword please go out of my class "and then surya+Paman+Negi out ,But I was her favourite student.If i Had done only 2 questions out of 6 , then also she said,"you sit here nitesh,these duffars have not done even two !!so let them go outside !!"
She was so much worried about our future ."Betuu ! Muzhe hairani hoti hai ki jab tum passout hokar bahar jaaoge to tum kaise rahoge is duniya mein "She used to take us as the innocent rurals of Hamirpur.


tan tan tun tan !! Luch Break !!

As the bell rang ,Negi used to sit beside us (Me,Surya,Paman ,Kaushal etc.) He never procured his lunch box with him.But we really enjoyed those moments .I still wish Negi , that you come here and we share those chapatis with each other. Really , that brings drops of water from my eyes !! pata ni kyon ??? Miss those desks and the love of friends even today !! Hope you also remember that one hour !!

Again tan tan tan tan tan !!Break over !!

Now PDS enters ...."Bleady muzhe ye samazh ni aata ki tum padte kyon ni ho!!" he was really worried and the blank faces of ours pestered him a lot.But for us , only three subjects were there : PCM . Thats all , no IT,No English.

Vedu kee kya baat karni ,as he enters,Silence all around ,only one sound prevails in the room .
Thak thak thak thak ........The sound produced when chalk makes contact with the blackboard .But we would not get anything ! In one minute ,he used to write more than 60 organic reactions at an average rate of "k" rate constant.
In this way , the day used to end .


Now we are only 7 friends present here in NIT"H" .But I really miss the absence of Karan,IT Man(Arvind) , Praphull & Ankita .You could have got admission here destiny played foul with you all .All of you must have been here. Yaar you people really come in front of my eyes when AIEEE comes near.I wish everytime that all of you were here.Miss you all ......
Wish that you all get wonderful jobs and succeed in your lives.Most of you might have started it ..Praphull : INFY,Arvind ; Wipro , Karan ;TCS ,Mr. FIFA : L &T !! Wow !!
I wish bright and resplendent career for you people . Miss you and the memories associated with you all !!

This is my first ever blog .And the person who inspired me to write , is the one, who is a champ in this field.I read his blogs as soon as they are published and curiously wait for his newer entries.He writes so well that I cannot expatiate it here.Oh ! mein naam batana to bhool hee gaya ....
He is the one who is too much rich in creativity...
He is the one who has a very intel brain ..
H is the one who is very genial in nature ....yes !!
He is Prashant Nath Endley.
We call him Endley. A very intel, creative and logical brain ! I can remember that when it was 1st year, he used to participate in aptitude quizzes and won many times against many seniors .Right from the first year I am his fan.
As soon as I come to know that he has written the new blog , I just leave everything aside , Press f6 and then type www.pnepne.blogspot.com.
And believe me ...once you start reading the intriguing blogs of HIM , you cannot afford to blink even once !!!He writes it so well and so perfect that no one can point out any mistake in it and I am sure if you also get time to read his blog then you would realize that whatever I have written here is .001% of what he is actually worth of ! Moreover , I am too poor with this language that I could not get word to expound much about him.
Thanks Endley, for inspiring me to write blogs.I don't know whether anyone will read it or not but I just wrote it to placate my soul who was demanding it from many days . You + Your blogs inspired me a lot Endley.
